It is in a leading position in the emission control technology of high-speed and high-power marine gas engines.
In recent years, SHILIDER has focused on the national long-term development goals of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" in environmental protection. It has conducted research on carbon reduction engine technology in the inland river ship market, rigorously planned the top-level design of the whole machine, formulated detailed technical routes, and conducted research and development on emission control technology, dynamic response technology, etc.
During the development process of the CHG620V8MPI marine gas engine, SHILIDER conducted a comprehensive research and design on emissions and thermal efficiency performance, and conducted multidimensional studies on gas rail pressure, gas injection angle, excess air coefficient, and ignition advance angle. A total of 7 emission baseline tests were conducted. By using methane emission control technology, methane emissions were reduced by 3g/kW and thermal efficiency was improved by 2%.
