Product Introduction

Diesel generator is a power machine that uses diesel as fuel and the diesel engine as the engine to drive the generator to generate electricity.

The whole set is generally composed of diesel engine, generator, control box, fuel tank, starting and control battery, protection device, emergency cabinet and other components.

Widely used in national defense, communications, factories and mines, oil, medical, plateau, highway and railroad, field rescue, agriculture and animal husbandry, real estate, construction and other fields

Standard units

Standard sets are widely used in general places installed in the engine room. The set mainly consists of diesel engine, generator, control system, machine base, vibration damping device, cooling system, oil supply system, and output protection switch.

Sound-proof unit

Soundproof units are widely used in outdoor or indoor places requiring protection and noise reduction with special requirements for environmental protection;

Its main features are that the soundproof housing is equipped with sound insulation and sound absorption layer, the inlet and exhaust air channels are treated with noise reduction, and the exhaust adopts a combination of industrial-type and residential-type mufflers to reduce its high-frequency and low-frequency noise respectively.

The noise of standard sound-proof units is generally 78-85dB(A), and the noise of super sound-proof units is generally 70-78dB(A).

Super anti-noise unit is based on the standard anti-noise unit and takes more strict control measures on noise emission, such as adopting labyrinth type air inlet and exhaust channel design.

Generally speaking, the external dimensions of super sound-proof units are larger and the manufacturing cost is much higher than that of standard sound-proof units.

Sound-proof and super sound-proof units are usually operated, maintained and serviced outside the sound-proof enclosure.

Open-air power plants

Low-noise square cabin power plants and container power plants are generally used in outdoor places with special requirements for environmental protection, and can be placed directly in the open air, eliminating the need to build a machine room, and at the same time having the characteristics of strong mobility and short operation cycle.

Low-noise cabin power station and container power station noise generally in 75 ~ 85dB (A), can be in the cabin and cabin for operation, maintenance and maintenance.
